HOSPITAL SHIP ARRIVES

THE OFFICIALS CONVICTIONS
WELLINGTON, Oct- 21st. When the appeals of Young and ©well against the conviction for incit-
ing a seditious strike came before the Chief Justice to-day Air. Myers for ap-
pellants > said that he had been shown certain telegrams, which were not put in as evidence in the Lower Court and had advised his clients not to proceed.
The Chief Justice . (Sir Robert Stout) in formally dismissing the appeals, advsed the seamen to resume work.
