Private advice was received tonight that thie Rev. G. S. BrynuBrown, Anglican chaplain to the New Zealand Forces, was killed in action last Thursday. He was prior to his departure for the front chaplain of Christ’s College. He was a splendid athletic and represented Canterbury in the cricket field. He was also prominent in hockey circles. He graduated at Cambridge and was a master at Loretto School, Musselburgh, before coming to Christ’s College,
