The Vatican newspapers authonv* - ativftly state that the Pop® has sent a new Note to the Entente Governments, explaining that the -Austma and German Governments have conferred wfith the nuncios of Vienna and Munich and declared their readiness to evacuate Belgium and France and to make concessions to Italy. The Pope asks the Ententqj if it is desired that he should ascertain the conditions of evacuation.
