Tho Minister announced amendments agreed to by the Council which were added tothe Bill on the voices. • An amendment was moved by Mr. AVilford to increase the amount of pension in Clause 4 from £1 to £2 per week, and lost by 33 to 30. The Bill was passed except for the schedules, which were held over for further consideration. Tho House rose at 1-5 a.m.
