ITALY’S OFFENSIVE. NOT YET ENDED. This Day at 9.50. a\m.) WASHINGTON, Sep. 18. Cables from Rome state the Italian offensive cannot be considered ended. Preparations are going on for an advance beyond San Gabrelle. Heavy Austrian attacks failed. A heavy new Italian offensive will be undertaken in the Balkans. Italy is assured sufficient winter food by the excess of the wheat crop. ITALIANS ADVANCING. MOVING IN ALBANIA. Received, this day at 8.45 a.m. WASHINGTON. Sept. 18. The Italian Embassy here has received advice that the Italians pushed back the enemy at Vojusa. The Italian army is moving eastward through Albania, thus menacing the Rugarian’s right flank.
