(Received this day at 12.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Aug 30. In tho Representatives, Hon. Hughes said instructions were issued to prevent Jim Larkin landing in Australia. Tho New War Precautions Regulation makes it an offence to interfere with shearing or the loading of wool. A further regulation empowers tho Governor-General not to register organisations which are engaged in the strike.
