D. j ■ Crawford, a charge of a breach of the | Law Practitioners Act, in that he failed to have his Trust accounts audited. Do j fondant admitted the offence through Mr. Sellers. Convicted and adjourned until next Court day. BOROUGH BYE-LAWS. Borough Inspector (Mr. Park) v. | Wm, Duncan charged with allowing one cow to wander* in Healey Street. Convaried and fined 2s 6d. | Borough Inspector (Mr. Pam) v. Ralph' Mackley charged with storing benzine in Hampden Street, contraiy to the Borough Byo-laws. Defendant stated ho had a license , to store 12 cases and admitted storing an excessive quantity. Convicted and fined. MILITARY SERVICE . Police v. John Lincoln charged with failing to notify hi& change of address to the Government Statistician. > Defended admitted tho charge.
