TUESDAY—MARG UERITE OhaRK

Marguerite Clark will apear at the Opera House on Tuesday night in tlie latest Famous Players-Paramouut combined success, “Miss George Washington”. As the title suggests the story is of a girl who was given the Washington “Truth” Medal because she never told a lie. As a matter of fact she was the greatest stranger to the truth turn, a certain girls’ school had ever seen. As the film progresses she becomes so firmly enmeshed in a web that she has to marry a man to straighten things out. With such a fascinating fibber as Marguerite Clark the picture is an undoubted success. The story is swift and breezy in action, and of unique originality in plot. Miss Clarks giace and charm suit her to the part most admirably and the production is such as will add further to the popularity of the clever little star. Annnnias was a liar so they say! And Sapphira was another so they say. But the lies they told and died for, Make you wonder what they lied ior Compared with wliat a girl can tell to-day. The final episode of the best of all serials “The Mysteries of Myra” will conclude on Tuesday night and should not ho missed by patrons. A christio Comedy will complete the hill while the full orchestra will also be in attendance Lo dispense all the latest music.
