The Westland representatives subsequently met Hon. G. W. Russell and the National War Funds Council, and discussed the administration of Patriotic Funds 4n Westland, pleasure being expressed at tho smooth manner in which matters were working. A COMING VISIT. Sir Joseph Ward and Lady Word have expressed their intention of visiting Westland as soon as convenient, after the session, and will probably go South.
