The following is Rev. D. C. Bates' weather forecast.— “Tlie indications are for variable and strong breezes, hut westerly, moderate to strong, prevailing, and backing by west to north and freshening. The weather will be cloudy and overcast at times, with scattored rain probable. The barometer has a rising tendency, but falling shortly. Seas rough., tides good on tho Coast.”
