Subsequently an extraordinary Cabinet Council discussed the transfer of toll seat of the Provisional Government a(. Moscow. Tho Daily Chronicle’s Potrograd correspondent despatched to the Vatican stating Nicholas is again manifesting mental infirmity and must be winched day and Jigilit to prevent threatened attempts at suicide.
