POLLARD'S PICTURES. CONSTANCE TALAIADGE TO-NIGHT, ‘‘The x Alk-roscopic Alystery” with Constance Talmadge and Wilfred Lucas in the leading roles, a lid “Billie Burke” as “Gloria”’ in “The Gathering Storm,” the Fifth Chapter of “Gloria's Romance,” will be the star attractions in to-night’s big display of pictures by Pollards’ in the Princess Theatre. .“The Microscopic Alystery” is a, brilliant Triangle Fine Art drama that marks the debut of Constance Talmadge in big drama, and so great has been this lady’s success that she is now playing one of-tlie leading roles •in the great picture “Intolerance”; her sister Norman Talmadge has long been recognised as one if the leading stars in cinema work.’ “The Alicroscopic Alystery” takes its title from tJic fact that the microscope is prominently used’ in the detection of the criminal in a big murder case that is one of the sensations .of the play. The drama is a comprehensive one, dealing as it does with a murder mystery, a love romance and a big, science lessonl, that is a biting satire of the quack doctors and fakirs -who impose upon the general public. On Thursday next the Sixth Chapter of “Gloria’s Romance” and Douglas Fairbanks in “The Alatrirnaniae” will be the attraction.
