AMSTERDAM, July 1. Accounts in Germany’s papers report a franchise demonstration at Budapest. A mob attacked Tisza’s club house with stones, demanding that Tisza come out. Afterwards -they destroyed tramcars. Troops dispersed the mob. AUSTRIA’S DESIRE.
(Received This Dny at 12.25. p.m.) AMSTERDAM, July 2. Emperor Karl’s statement in favour of peace as soon as possible, is due to the Party Leaders’ urgent warning, of a revolution unless peace is attained in 1217.
