AFTERNOON SITTING
AN AFFILIATION CASE.
An affiliation case that hal engagel tli© Court at' several late sittings was Concluded in favour of the plaintiff, the defendant being adjudged tn* father, and ordered to pay costs incurred, and the sum of 10s weekly for maintenance of the child. A DISPUTED DEBT.
AV. Jeffries (Mr Hannan) v. T. Staines (Mr Alurdoch), claim £34 Is and counter claim T. Staines v. AV. Jeffries for £39 9s.
Lengthy evidence was taken, lasting all the afternoon, when the hoiu ing was further adjourned until this morning- The claim iund counter claim arises out of transactions and work done in oonneotion with tho sale of stock.

Th© hearing was concluded this morning when Judgment wtm giyon for tho claim of AV. Jeffries and also for the counterclaim of T. Staines, tho latter with sonic small reductions. Costs were given against Air Jeffries.
