LONDON, June 28. A French communique state© an artillery struggle was prticularly active at Hurtebis© and Mont Cornillet. A German attempt at Wattweller salient, north-east of Thann, failed.

German offioial. —In retaliation for th© bombardment of Dunkirk, the enemy bombarded Ostend. There was no military damage. Our artillery greatly damaged English trenches on the coast.
REIMS AGAIN SHELLED. LONDON, June 28. * A French communique states: There was an intermittent enemy bombardment at various points, which w© vigorously countered, particularly on the left bank of the Meuse. Twelve. hundred shells wore 'thrown -into Reims. Eight fell on the cathedral.
