The, British National Socialist Party has declined the workmen's and soldiers' invitationto attend the International Conference on the grounds that the Conference will be attended by enemy Socialists, who supported attacks 011 Belgium, France, vScrvia and Russia, and still justify German atrocities. TliConference cannot, serve the cause of peace or Socialism while flic German armies are still in possession of the invaded territories.
