Earl of Liverpool K.C. M. G; M.V.O. to be the first, Governor-General and Commander-in Chief of the Dominion of New Zealand. , His Excellency, in accordance with His Majesty’s comihand will take the
oath of his new office at noon to-morrow on the steps of the Parliamentary Library buildings.
