A PEACE SUGGESTION
TO TURKEY AND BULGARIA
(Received This Day. at 9.50. a.m.) LONDON, Juno 24. Mr Ashmead Bart-lott, in the Sunday Times proposes that the Allies should immediately make peace will Turkey and! Bulgaria, on the basis of Turkey regaining Thrace and Constantinople, and that after the war the Straits be made an international highway under joint Turkish and American control, the forts to bo dismantled. The Allies should assist Bulgaria and Tufkey financially and they should be allowed to repudiate all war indebtedness contracted with the Central Powers.
