RAIL AY RESTRICTIONS. CHRISTCHURCH. This Day. A meeting of citizens resolved to await the return of Hon. V. F. Massey and Sir J. G. Ward, to bring before them the details of the disastrous effect of the restricted train service on Port Lyttelton and North Canterbury, with the object of getting the whole position reviewed.
