Dallowio has been promoted Minister of Munitions from Under Secretary. Arlotta becomes Minister without Portfolio. The Minister of War and Marino who have resigned, resume active service. General Giardiatio and RearAdmiral Triangi succeed.
AUSTRIAN SPIES. AMSTERDAM, June 17. Austrian offioers and privates who visited the Russian front lines at Yegopol on the souith-west front, as parliamentaires, proved to be meinuers of tlie Austrian Espionage Bureau.
