NICHOLAS—WELLS. The marriage took place at the residence of Air. and Airs J. Wills, Duller ■ Road, Reei'ton, on Wednesday afternoon •'of their youngest daughter Kcnzinh to Air. The bride was given away by her father and was attired in a handsome gown of creme- satin duchess, with the usual wreath and veil and love 11 bonnet. The bride’s three small njcc/s attended hor and looked pretty in gowns of pink satin with bonnets to mutch, and c a'rried baskets of violets, Mr. Al. N. Rivers attended the bridegroom. The newly married couple bit soon afterwards on a short honeymoon trip to Hokitika and the Lake s district, and carry with them the good wishes of a forgo circle of friends. The bride’s travelling dress ivas a navy costume M’itb mole top coat and hat to match. COULSON—PUGH. A quiet but pretty wedding took place at the Presbyterian Church, Groymoutli. on AVednesday, June 6th, the Rev. J. W. Smyth officiating. The contracting parties were Edith Rose, third daughter of Air. and Airs. A Pugh of Chapel Street, Greymouth, and John Phillip, third son of the late G. > R, C. C'oulson of AVellington. The bride entered the church on the- arm or her father, and was attended as bridesmaid by her sister, Miss N. Pugh, —r. A'. Pugh junr., acting as best man. Alter the ceremony the party adjourned to tho homo of the bride’s parents, where a sumptuous wedding breakfast was partaken of, the customary toasts being duly honoured. Air. and Alrfl. Coulson. who are well known on the Coast, were the recipients of numerous presents from a large circle of friends and well wishers. '
