Petrograd, May 3i The Peasants’ Congress haa passed a motion urging the Government to favor the monopolisation of trade in corn and the development of agriculture by supplying implements. Conference also urges an improvement in the transport difficulties, the prohibition of the importation of luxuries, limitation of capitalist*’ profit*, and an increase in soldiers’ allowances.
