Norma Talmadge has been seen in many Triangle productions, but there can be no two opinions on her performance of “ Mayme ” the typist ia the big Triangle production “ The Social Socretary,” tha star picture in Monday evening’s all n9W display by Pollard’s Picture* in the Prinoass Theatre. In the p»rfc of “ The Soaial Secretary ” Norma Talm idge is seen at her best as ' a versatile actress for the part call/s for dud impersonations of Norma Talmadge as the dashing handsome typewriter whose life is one of long persecution from bar employers •on account of her beouty and the lonely demure typewriter in an anteman make-up, Tbe piot is cirque iu construction and presents many sensational and daring scene?. Particularly beautiful photography showing the exteriors and interiors of sm?rt homes form the ssttings of the pi ty. Supporting the drama is a 2000lt Keystone comedy “She Lived a Tailor” that is realty fanny and daring, for although most of the s?np. itional scenes are carried out in a bnr!e?que style, sti'l the dangerous daring work of the comedians make yon marvel at their escape from death.
