AMSTERDAM, April 21. .Rioting continues \-A Mudgebutg. The troops killed and wounded many. AMSTERDAM, April 21. At a meeting of Berlin strikers resolidjicms wdre submitted demanding ffom the Government a declaration of its readiness for peace on the basis of the renunciation of annexations and the abolition of the compulsory service law, tlie liberation of political prisoners and complete politcal freedom and unversal secret franchise. The resolutions were defeated.
