“Zaza” Monday. Brilliant and fascinating Paulino Frederick will appear next Monday night at the Princess Theatre in Daniel Frohman’a superbly emotional drama in five acts, “ Zszi.” Tha role was a favourite with Nellie S'ewc-it, who starred “Z za ” with immense success over on the other side, and the intense dramatic situations the play abounds in have enhanced the reputations of many other etago celebrities. Pauline Frederick is peculiarly fitted by temperament and appearance for the difficult role of “ Zaza,’’the passionate and tempestuous favourite of ono of tha gayest music halls of Paris, and is said to have achieved a brilliant success ta an emotional actress in this part. On the other hand so groat is iho call upon tbo artist’s abilities by the impersonation of “Zaza,” that many stage reputations have been blasted by cho failure of tho . actress to reach the great demand made upon her in such a great impersonation as that of «' Zaza,” whoso love is a flame, whose passion a fury, and her hate, tho lust of a tigreßS for vengeance.
