General Kerensky states that sum of the soldiers had deserted as they had heard reports of an immediate tributiou of land and they did not wish to miss, a share. These are now returning to the ranks. Kerensky adds that the officers declare that they never, had found their true place in the army till now, but. soine of high rank must be changed, as they cannot accommodate themselves to the inew order of things.
