Wednesday, April 4. AFTERNOON SITTING. The following appeals were dealt with : Herbert James Fleming, Koiterangi (Mr Wells) —Appellant stated he was 29 years of age. Had a fas her and four brothers, three sisters. Two brothers were serving. Had offered previously and been rejected. Was leasing farm of J, Wall who had gone to the front. Milked 18 cows. Had married since being rejected. Was manager of creamery at Koiterangi. Decision—Adjourned oine die. John Arthur Hutchison, Kanieri, appeal by David John Hutcbieon (Mr Sellers) —The latter banded in written evidence. His son was 20 year?. His other son, aged 19, also woiked in the claim and both were essential to its wotking-
