ERUPTION AT ROTORUA
With Fatal Results. Rotorua, April 3 An eruption ia reported, which still continues. A great number of private cars and taxis are visiting the scene. Mrs McCormack died at seven a.m. as a result of injuries received. 'Her husband who was also injured Bkosvs no change. GO SLOW POLICY. Arrest at Grey. Greymouth, April 3 John Arbuckle, Secretary of the Federation of Labour waa arrested today. The police are reticent as to the charge, but it is rumoured the arrest is in connection with the “go slow ” policy at the coal mines. Arrest at Westport. Westport April 3 Winnahd, President and Heltfon, Secretary of the Deunieton Miners’ UnioD, was arrested to-day uoder the War Regulations.
