WOODING BELLS
A popular marriage took place on Tuesday at the Presbyterian Church Greyrocuth, the contracting partieß being Thomas, eldest son of Mrs Bastard, of Chapel Street, and Janey, eldest daughter of Mr Tbos Green, also of Greymouth. The bride waa given eway by her father, and the officiating clergyman was the Rev. J. W. Smyrb. B. A. The bride was attended by her sister, Alice aa bridesmaid, while Mr David Ba-:ta r d waa beet man. The bride waa attired in a cream ocsturna with bat of royal blue, surmounted with white ospreys, and carried a beautiful shower bouquet. The bridesmaid wora a pretty cream costume and scarlet hat, and carried a pretty bouquet of scarlet berries and autnmn leaavcs. The bridegroom’a present to the bride was a massive gold bangle, and to the bridesmaid a gold bangle. The bride’s present to the bridegroom was aa elaborate eolid silver ink stand.
