Dutch Insurance
Amsterdam, Feb 28 The seven Dutch steamers torpedoed were insured in Holland chiefly by German underwriters at 8 guineas per cent. English underwrite had quoted ten guineas war risk from Falmouth to Holland, but the owners declined.
