LICENSING ACT. Two offenders charged with being on licensed premises, Balb Vue Hotel, after hoars, were convicted and fiued 10/. Four young men charged with bring on licensed premises, Three Mile Hotel, after hours were convicted and fined 10/ each. John Mat shall (Mr Sellers) was charged with supplying liquor after hours and pleaded gnilty. Fiut-a £5 and costa 7/. Mary Grace Mar-hall ohm ged with keeping open for tale of ■qu alter hours) at Three Mib : di" r.ot appear. Gonv cted and fined £3 and costs 7/. Two further charges arising out of the same circumstances were withdrawn. Wm Gamble v Jessie Harris (Mr Wtlis) a charge of assault and abusive language. Plaintiff did not appear. 00-ts £1 1/allowed defendant. Same v George H. Hairis (Mr Wells) a oharge of assanP. No appearance of plaintiff. Costs £1 1/ allowed defendant. WANDERING CATTLE. Fines were inflicted as follows for wandering cattle charges by B rough Inspector (Mr Park). P. Kiiwan, 3 head cattle. Fined 15/. Wm Jones (Mr Crawford) 18 cowsFined 18/. T. Stopfortb, 1 mare.
