At Result oFSubmarining. (Australia So N.Z, Cable Association,) (Received Feb 27, at 11.15 a m.) Amsterdam, Feb 26 Herr Ballir, in an in erview, declared that tho German Admiralty should be satisfied with the result of unrestricted submarining, the chief aim whereof being to interrupt England’s traffic, and not to *ink ships. This had completely succeeded, neutral shipping being brought to a standstill. For Military WorkAmsterdam, Feb 26 Tho German Ftderal Council baa direo'ed that meu between 47 and 60 shall enrol for military work, outside of the Army.
