SUCCESS OF HOKITIKA PUPILS. Ill® following results of the Junior National Scholarship Examination lieiu last December have been Gazetted. — LIST I. (Names of candidates who qualified for Junior National Scholarship.) PETEK .ROSS WILSON, 617 marks. LIST 111. (Names of candidates who quolified for .Junior Free Places). LEONARD HENRY BLANK, HERBERT EDWIN MAGA'NDRiKW, maxwell william valentine ELSIE HAMILTON WILSON. PETER ROSS WILSON, CHARLES WILLIAM PIERSON, (Kumara). The above are all pupils of the Primary School. Ross Wilson, the winner ot the Scholarship, is only twelve years of ago and occupies a, very high position on the list, viz., 4th in the Canterbury Board District, and 10th in the Dominion, and secured the maximum number of marks in arithmetic. He also held the position of dux of the Primary School last year. Hokitika should be proud of the above achiev.cnioU.
