The jury, without retiring, returned a verdict of not guilty, on tbe ground that accused was insane when he committed tbe offence. Justice Sir John Dennir - ton ordered Allen to be kept at Sunnyside Mentai Hospital dating the pleasure of the Minister of Jasrice.
