PROHIBITION ORDER, A prohibition order wa3 granted against an old man on the application of his daughter. DEBT CASES. L. Pcdrazzi (Mr Wells) v G. Davey. The amount had been paid, leas costs. Judgment for costs 28/. A, D. D. Crawford v F. Freitas, claim £4. Jadgment for plaintiff with costs 5/.
F. A. Bancke (Mr Wells) v H. A. Bauoke (Mr Park) claim £2O. Mr Park applied for leave to defend. Leave granted on payment of costs £1 1/ to plaintiff’s counsel—Adjourned for two weeks.
North Otago Times Company v Keown and Robinson (Mr Wells) for reinstatement of application to hear evidence by defendants, which had been Btruek out by inadvertence at last sitting of Court. Application adjourned to next Court day.
