POLLARDS PICTURES

Princess Theatre, To-Night.

An exceptionally good programme of Pollard’s Pictures has been advertised for screening at the Princess Theatre to-night. Two big star attractions are included in the programme. The first “Bright Lights” is a two-aot Triangle comedy, which ia said to be the funniest production of the Triangle firm, and which enables Mabel Normand and Fatty Arbnckle to provide unlimited merriment for a full half hour. “Youth,” the other star attraction to be sbowD, is a powerful and convincing Vitagraph drama that relates the sad ending of an artist’s wifa who, as his model made his name famous, is now cast aside because she is too old to pose for his crowning triumph as an artist. A strong and varied programme has been provided to support the two star attractions and inoludes “Repentance of Doctor Blim” (a drama of sterling quality), a Pathe Gazette and other screen studies of exceptional quality.
