ROUMANIAN CAMPAIGN.
Stalemate Reached. London Jan 28 The ‘‘Times ” correspondent at R-umanian headquarters reporting on the 24ih states that stalemate has been reached. The enemy efforts during the last fortnight have been checked with great ios.-e>. The line of the Trotm-Semh has proved impregnable and many German divisions have been wi’hdrawn. Oaly four or five remain ard others hiv.ug been replaced by Turks and Austrians. The very rough weather prevents operations on a large scale. German prisoners state that they were not prepared for a win*er campaigr'i, and many were fret zing.
