Hughes rnaonneed today that the farmers on Monday would advance 2/6 a bushel on the new season’s wheat representing a total payment of £15,000,000 cash. The payments on last, season’s pooled wheat so far amounted to £15,908,000, while shipments uot yet drawn up:n represent £5,002,000.
