Dwyer £2 10s; Lower Hutt Borough pouncil v. W. Martin and M. A. Martin (sep. est) £10, 0s 7d; J. M. Power v. F. BueMey £1; Horace SMlton v. Erie Odium £2.
In a defended case, Cyril Ford and W. J. PMllips v. David Daily, judgment was given for £60.
