Robert "Wakefleld applied against Mjyrtle "Wakefield for a variation of a order. The variation was made so that the amount payable for the maintenance of the eomplaintant 'a three children is at the rate of 13/4 each week. Myrtle Wakefield^ charged . Robert Wakefield with disobedience of a -maintenance order. The defendant was sentenced to seven days' inxprisonment, the warrant to be suspended while he pays current maintenance and 2/6 aweek off arrears. • I Judgment for the plaintiff for £4 was' given in the defended civil case of C. Parkinson v. L. Matson. On a judgment summons Guy R. Hoggard was ordered to pay William Dobson £18/1/- at the rate of £1/10/ a month, in default 18 days' imprisonment. JUDGMENT SUMMONS.
