HAIR DRESSING.
From a fashion paper we learn-that in some of the Continental, cities a craze is setting in for dressing women's hair so flat it will resemble statuary. From our observations in New Zealand cities we are wondering whether a -craze •will, ever set in for. dressing women's ."hair so that it will women's hair.
