JOY NIGHT.

AT MOERA HALL

After weeks of preparation the Moera Rugby Football Club's opening of season joy night was , as expected a huge success. An able committee worked hard and had arrangements well in hand with the result that patrons enjoyed themselves. The music was rendered by the Regent Orchestra. Lucky spot dances and other novelties were held and valuable prizes distributed. Prior to supper the drawing of the Club's raffle for the eiderdown quilt took place under police supervision and resulted in F. Julian, Khandallah, having the winning ticket. The secretary, Mr M. Corkin desires to thank the ladies' committee for the services rendered also Messrs Newson, Benjamin, Holmes, Salisbury, Brown, Gardiner and all others who assisted .to make the dance a success .
