GREAT AUTUMN SHOW.
The Hutt Valley Horticultural Society's Autumn Show was officially opened on Wednesday Afternoon by His Excellency Lord Bledisloe, accompanied by Lady Bledisloe. The Guard of Honour was furnished by the Hutt Valley High School boys and girls, and girls from Ghilton St. James. There were also present Hon. W» F. Ransom,
Minister of Public Works, representing the Premier, and Mrs Bamson, Mr^ and Mrs. W. Nash, Sir. Alexander Roberts and Lady Roberts,
The Show will be open again; to-day from 2 p.m. to .10 p.m. The presentation of prizes will take place at 9 o'clock to-night and the sale of flowers at 9.30; All cash prizes wiil be paid it the Show to-day.
