HUTT DENTAL CLINIC.
Sir,—On behalf of the Hutt Dental Clinic Committee I desire to make an appeal to y<mx readers for financial as^ sistance towards the expenses of the Clinic. . . -
During t»he past financial year, the committee has received by way- «f voluntary subscriptions, the sum of. £2 as compared with over £9 last year and £7 for 1927-28. 'This we feel sure Is an oversight on the part of many ot the parents of children' receiving attention. . ' i-
The organisation of a picture benefit, in November last did not receive t&,B support anticipated with the result that the nett benefit was only £12. Previous efforts have netted over £20.
With the supply of an additional nurse at an early date, the committee is faced with an increased 'expendrfture of some £20 to make- tie Clinic more suitable for two operatives^ and the members feel that the fact has only la be made known when the necessary; amount wjll be forthcoming.—-I am "etc,
