SUCCESSFUL JUMBLE SALE.
A most successful "Jumble Sale and Shop Day was held at St. Paul/a Churchroom, Waiwhetu, last Saturday afternoon. The result exceeded -the most sanguine expectations, and ti.6 amount raised, over £36, was more than sufficient to pay off the debt on t&e
new organ
' xviany real bargains were obtainable from the Jumlble Stall's and, as usual, the Sale, was -well patronised: Cake and Produce Stalls added' thei/ quoto towards the success of the afternoon, •while afternoon tea was available at a small charge. .
Apart from all those members of th« congregation w&o worked so hard 'to organise the Sale and those, who by theix generous gifts made success possible, special thanks are due to Mr anil Mrs H. G. Brook's who, in spite of their manj r interests in other, parts .of the parish", have always found time to do so much for St. Paul's.
