SEQUEL TO COLLISION

iDamages to the extent of £1191/12/6 were awarded in the Supreme Court last week to Allan Smith, a laibotarer of Lower Hutt, who had claimed £2516/12/6 from H. V. Horlor, carrier, of Lower Hutt, for injuries received when plaintiff's motor-cycle and defendant's motorlorry collided.

Mr Justice Beed was on the Bench, Mr A. Dunn appeared for plaintiff, and Mr H. F. O'Leary for defendant.
