December and January were accepted as very satisfactory, the foliowit?1 figures being given:— New cases 46, visits to homes 201, visits,of adults to rorms 1364, visits of baibies' 923, older children 345. It was rVported that the hours at the T-^H&.Qufc-stPtion had been changed to Wednesday afternoons.

The matter-of the Plunket Out-station in Waiwhetu being not suitable was considered,. and it was agreed to move it to the Salvation.Army Hall in Trafalgar' Street as it'would be more convenient for the. mothers who .were attending- it. A very hearty vote of thanks was accorded Ensign Smith for •his interest in arranging the use of the hall.

It was agreed to hold a meeting in the Waiwhetu fot the puropse of forming' a Plunket Sub-committee whic3i would raise funds in that district to help with tie extension of the work.-

To raise immediate, funds it was decided to hold a Shop1 Day- on the 7th March at .thePlunket Building, Riddiford Park, the sub-committees to panvas their own districts. The secretary received instructions «to advertise in "the,"Hutt News" for gifts of produce, cakes, jam, needlework, jumble, etc., and to advise all associate committee members to ask their friends for help .it is hoped that the day will be a huge success. , •
