sion lines. The board shall substantially complete the works authorised' within a period of-three' years from the date of the license, ox within such further' time as the Minister may .allow in ' the
event of tmuvuidabie Uclavs not due* to any neglect by the board. ..:££ A further Order-in-C.ouncil grants thfe board a license.to use electric lines within the Joluisonville town district and tin.; Pmiiua Riding cf Makara County. The license will, remain, in'force for a period of 12 years.
The charges, for electrical energy shall not exceed Is per unit for lighting purposes and b"d per unit for motorpower, heating or cooking purposes. If „ accounts are paid within fourteen daj^r-' of due date the charges shall not exceed 9cT. per unit for -lighting purposes, j arid 4£cl. per" unit for motor-power,, cooking arid heating purposes. In the case of wholesale supply the charge shall not exceed £12 per kilovqlt,-apere per rear plus' -Ad per. unit. ',A minimani charge of ss; per month in borongiisl and;town districts including meter rent in, both cases (if any) may be collect- " ed if required by the licensee.
