\A surprise party which, proved a most complete success took place at 47 Pilmuir Street,, on Saturday last when the numbering fully twenty, of the Lower Hutf Association Football Club Social Committee, arrived unex-pectedly-at the residence of Mr, and Mrs. Batchelor, laden with "goodies" and all t<he other etcetera associated with, a; party. . :
