IN AND AROUND TAITA
Taita is a hive of activity at present as practically, everyone is sowing seeds, and planting out in preparation,.for the early spring crop.
Taita Juniors have had a bad spin this season, as they have been unable to muster their full team on practically every occasion on which they played. Sickness in the team has been responsible for a good part of this trouble. Last Saturday Taita could only muster eight original members of the team and although the other players put up a good showing the combination of the team was not at its best and as a result Taita suffered defeat at the hands of Hutt .by "5 points to 3. Hutt scored a try and Eric Foster kicked a penalty goal.
